Check in reception: very goodReception via call from room: very good and prompt response even late evening.Check out reception: not as good as check-in. I know I have to wait for the receptionist to complete the conversation with a guest before me. I hope the receptionist realize I am heavily loaded with back/front and try to address it quick if possible. By the time I handover the room key for checkout, the process is almost done in a blink but waiting time in such situation can be handled much better.Waiting area: should have place to rest nearer to the reception counter to avoid this situation.Special thank yo the laundry service: prompt, on time and great packingBreakfast: Good range of selection. Small issue with the staff around to clean up: should pay more attention to the person is eating while he is doing the cleaning near by: either wait or relocate the person for cleaning.Spa service: better if you can provide a basket for guest to put the stuff in without putting them to the chair.

Beds and linen were up to Marriott standards very comfortable, service was a delight!

I was extremely suprised at how old the property looked for a Marriott linked chain. Carpets were all stained. Walls need a paint job.

The synthetic grass area by the pool is basically un usable it’s constant wet!! fix the drains !! and the noise from the morning prayers is very intrusive western clientele should be informed

Possibility to order restaurant menu to room.Gym room and pool are available.Hotel location is quite okay. It's close to many shopping malls and easily accessible by services such as GoCar.

I love the price and location and the staffs.And I received a nice surprise in a form of a free breakfast.

The Hotel is probably 7 years old and maybe a renovation will be needed for the lobby and restaurant.For the room, I think it needs a little extra cleaning.

breakfast and dining was bit disappointing. location is not bad but better location would be with big shopping mall . room is not bad but feel slightly small.

Breakfast good ! The BBQ next to the pool was amazing.What we liked the most during our stay is the hotel team. Especially Hari the FO manager who did a lot for us. Without him our 3 days in Surabaya to prepare our road trip would have been much more difficult. We would like to thanks him again with this message.

The swimming pool area was not that clean (cigarettes).

Staff were friendly and helpful. The staff who cleans the room always leaves a personal note wishing us a good sleep.

When you sit on the bed, it creaks. The water temperature in the shower is not consistent. It fluctuates from icy cold to scalding hot.

The room was very spacious and had a spectacular view. Breakfast buffet was very good, although there was so many staff standing around the room, it was almost uncomfortable to „enjoy“ ones breakfast.

Old, low quality TVs with poor choice of channels. From a hotel in this category I would expect a smart TV, instead we had three inferior TVs in our family room/suite. One of our rooms had and air condition shaft in the ceiling which was clearly broken and made a loud noises the whole time. Even though we turned off the AC eventually. The carpet was a bit old and not very clean.

We had a very pleasant stay. Very helpful and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accommodations. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Highly recommendable hotel.
